Return and Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

If your parcel arrives with a damaged item, please email and we will sort it out asap!

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and be returned in their original packaging

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email us at with your name, order number, and the products you wish to return or exchange
  2. We will aim to respond to your request within 24hrs, and provide return address details
  3. Safely package the products you'd like to return or exchange and send back to us using a reputable UK parcel delivery service.  Customer bears return delivery cost

Additional Information:

  • Once the returned parcel is received, we will initiate a refund or post out your new products within 48hrs
